Year of 1977, the bridge moment of Bangladesh, when Chef Haji Salam Mia started his catering service. With the support of his grandfather, at the age of 15 this business was established.
From 1977 to till this very moment Haji Salam Mia has been serving his delicious flavors of magic to every small and big occasion. Till now the biggest surviving capacity is 50,000 people in one day.
In 2016, with the capable Hand Md. Asaduzzaman, elder son of Haji Salam Mia started expanding the business. Their first outlet under the name Salam’s Kitchen started in Banani. After that gradually Uttara Branch in 2017 and in 2019, Panthapath Branch.
